My last order from Doctored Locks Extensions was extremely disappointing. After only three washes the hair natted up so bad that it took two professional hair stylist 30 minutes to brush it out. This should have a zero stars option! i am frustrated beyond words . i spent over 150$ on hair extrnsions from this company....summed up in one word HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! DRY,BRITTLE,FAKE,UGLY,THIN,SHEDDING. terrible product and i contacted them...they said they will not give me a refund only 20% off my next purchase...like hell i will be purchading from these scammers again!!!!!!!DONT PURCHASE FAKE HAIR FOR 130$!!!! NOT WORTH IT!
I paid extra for express 1 day shipping, mins you that it was quiet a bit more than the other shipping options. Well its day 3 and still no order. They tried telling me it was because of Presidents day and mail didn't run on Presidents Day...I ordered 2 day after Presidents Day! Very disappointed, considering I needed them by tomorrow mmorning. Beware that they use USPS, which doesn't update tracking frequently.
