First...keep in mind when I pulled up to the vaccum station all, and I mean all employees that run that area including the general manager and the supervisor were sitting on their rear ends not doing a darn thing...and this was what I was told from the supervisor:" I was told my vehicle goes against their business model and it is too dirty for them too clean.please don't bring my vehicle back in less I intend to clean the inside myself."...This is a horrible, non family friendly business. This place is over priced for the quality of service they produce. The girl that first started to do the inside of my car gets in and starts texting on her phone. She did this on and off for like 5 min. All while I am sitting like 5 feet away from her.
Best carwash in Camden. Great customer service. Great staff. Great owners.
Paid for the "manager special " and got HORIFFYINGLY bad service. Truck didn't get dried or even so much as clean! I keep going back thinking it will get better but it's just getting worse. My membership will be cancelled yet AGAIN! Ridiculous!
The wash was terrible. Did not even get the bugs off the front of my car
