I never had an issue until I went yesterday 11-28-18 and paid $12 for a wash. After I left I realized that soap suds were left all over my car. Like they weren’t washed or dried off. I don’t expect a spotless car but I also didn’t pay to have spots all over my windows and mirrors. If I don’t receive a refund or free wash, I don’t plan to go back there.
Literally paid $20 for the “everything included” wash but left with dried up soap spots and bugs on the front of my car. Called and was told they don’t even offer that service anymore because they weren’t making any money off of it soooo not only are they false advertising, but I literally wasted $20. Didn’t offer a refund or a free wash.
How do you take my money for a car wash but shut down the vacuum 30 minutes before you close? I knew that's what you were going to do I would have went somewhere else. Only purchase the car wash to use the vacuums.
Second time in past six mths I’ve been in line and machine broke. It’s been 15 min and the three teens working here are still trying to get it fixed. I’m stuck.
Service has been going down hill for several months. Many of the spray nozzles need adjusting or replacing. not enough cleaner/soap being applied and rinse solution/water. Truck came out with a lot of dirt and dirty water drying on truck. One of the two vacuums at my stall did not work at all. Trash can were pretty much full when they opened and were still full when I left. I've had a monthly subscription there for a long time but if this doesn't get a lot better soon, I will be cancelling.
I paid $20 for the “Managers Special” and left with bugs, dirt, and dried soap still on my car. Called the manager to either fix the problem or refund my money. Manager wouldn’t do a refund but gave me the opportunity to go through the wash a second time. Came out with the exact same results. I originally wanted the interior done too but services weren’t available at that time so I used the vacuums myself. Horrible suction, barely cleaned anything off the carpets. Am right now going through car wash with my husband in his truck and literally...these workers are a joke! Going through wash, girl on right side is spraying down one side of truck and half of the tailgate; guy on other side doing nothing. Go through wash and it DID NOT clean the outside of this truck even remotely. The drive through portion only does about 50% of the job. The only part thats worth the money is the interior clean, I know this from other car washes I've been to. However, I have only managed to go there when they're actually doing interior cleanings ONE TIME! Every other time I've gone through, they're not offering the interior. Just went through at 1:30 pm, not exceptionally busy there, and no interior cleanings. $20 wasted. I had to grab one of my tags front my truck and clean all the spots missed. Not too mention the "bug prep" didn't do anything and my windshield actually came out worse than before the wash. Take your time and save your money, wash it at home.
