John and Jacob did a great job today! Super fast communication, flexible to accommodate my schedule, and they cleared the blockage in my sewer lateral within minutes. Would definitely use them again!
Had a drain that was clogged. Dr Rooter 911 came out on memorial weekend did not give me any kind of up charge. One price, solved problem and it was fixed in no time and they helped do some cleanup. I will recommend this company to everyone I know and I plan on using them for preventive maintenance so this doesn’t happen again to me Thanks again Dr Rooter
5/5 stars – each star for customer care, professionalism, courtesy, speed, and value. I called Doctor rooter 911 for a clogged sewet and they arrived quickly. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional, explained the problem clearly and fixed it efficiently. I appreciated how they handled the emergency plumbing situation with calm confidence. Great service and very friendly staff.
If I could give more stars I would! The communication, price, expertise, time management and honesty are just some of the positives! After getting the run around from so many people/ companies, the estimates that were ridiculously high as well as no one giving us a truthful answer as to what the issue was, Dr. Rooter was THE ONLY one that was honest and fair priced! I Highly highly recommend!!
Called John at 9am. Came out within a couple hours! Was friendly and cooperative. Fixed my drain issues within 2 hours. Fast, professional, would highly recommend to anyone in the Edgerton/Madison area!
