Very, very good service. I called for a toilet repair and John answered immediately and promptly completed the work. Above all, he was extremely friendly, personable, knowledgable and very easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for plumbing work. I would definitely hire them again.
John called me back almost instantly after I left a message for him. He came over within 2 hrs and unclogged my main sewer line to get things draining again. He stuck around to test and make sure things were working. And his price came in slightly under the ball park estimate he gave me upfront.
I don’t know what I would have done with out Doctor Rooter 911! I came home to a water leak in my basement. The blue PEX line running to my kitchen sink had sprung a leak while I was gone for the day and water was flowing down my basement stairs into my basement. I didn’t know what to do and was panicked. The guy did a great job was here maybe 30 min just wish i was told there was extra charge for saturday service i would have waited until monday i said there was no hurry $285.00 $570 a hour is a little to much
