Horrible, incompetent, and no ethics. My partner took his 13 month old laptop into Doctor PC for a basic hinge repair. Doctor PC required a payment up front before beginning repairs. He paid for the repair and was told the laptop would be ready in a couple of days. Over the next two months the repair folks broke the screen (they claim it magically "went bad" while they were working on the laptop). Pedro has been helping me for more than a year with a range of problems from computer viruses to printer connections, color images and the purchase of ancillary equipment. He knows more than anyone I have ever consulted, and he is very friendly and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend him to anyone with any kind of computer problem.
I took 2 notebooks in that have been giving me problems for a while. I was instantly given the most honest questions and answers that I wasn't even expecting. The fact that they were so honest to say that it will cost more to fix these notebooks than what they are worth today, I would most likely be better off buying new ones. I have taken a couple of different problems here and I have been impressed with their service and professionalism. Most recently I had a laptop that was misbehaving and Cristina showed me an easy fix for free! I highly recommend this business.
Extremely professional and welcoming. These guys had diagnosed my computer in 3 minutes and had my laptop running again with no hangups. Highly recommend their services
