TERRIBLE. As others have said, it's all about the money. Dr. Lutts has a terrible bedside manner (if any at all). Staff is completely indifferent. One problem, one fee. Head and knee hurt? Let's do two office visits. You're simply a commodity to be herded thru for the office visit fee. Held my RX refill hostage until I came in for a completely unnecessary office visit (simple maintenance drug). Kept telling me on demand visits aren't available at the office, why?
