I signed up and paid an annual fee for my lawn care with Dr. Green. I continue to have weed issues that have not been resolved. The customer service dept. is always nice on the phone but not very good at followup on service calls. The are promises made but never kept. The time , I have been calling since July 2nd for a service call to spray for weeds again. I have made several calls and cannot get on their schedule. I would not recommend their service (or lack of it). For sure, do not pay for a year ahead of time.

I reached out to Dr. Green lawn care this morning. I spoke to Myranda and she was very polite and helpful. She turned me over to Matt. He explained all of the services that would be provided for our lawn. Matt was very helpful. I signed up for the year and look forward to seeing how our lawn will flourish. Thanks for the help.

I started my service with great promise that they would take care of my lawn, along with a guarantee. After choosing their service and waiting their time period for the lawn to improve, the yard was actually declining and did not improve, so I reached out to the office manager, Shana Carter, and they sent out a retreat, but it still did not improve at all.
