Dr Moammer saw me multiple times in the ER prior to my surgery and we had nice chats, he was down to earth, funny, and easy to talk to which I appreciated. He told me within 10 minutes of meeting him and looking at my scans, that I needed a lumbar spinal fusion at L5-S1. Surgeon is very good but his receptionist is ridiculous. She never advised me not to take my Ozempic before my last surgery resulting in the hospital having to cancel the surgery. Apparently you have to stop taking Ozempic a week before. It’s been a year since that surgery. I saw dr Maomer at the hospital a month ago and he said he would have her set up another MRI at Kmh clinic in Kitchener. Took this office 1 entire year to tell me I have an appointment, said that I need an MRI within 1 year old to go to the appointment, but took over a year to process the referral so that made no sense, then screwed me around for months waiting on an MRI referral.
