The nicest and most honest mechanic I have ever worked with! He is extremely reasonable with his prices and never tries to take advantage of you. I first went to James when I recently bought my car and had an issue with the engine… I was afraid it would cost me a lot of money but James fixed it quickly and for a very good price. If I ever have to get a new car, I will probably get a Mercedes again just so that I can keep getting it serviced here!
James is very skilled and knowledgeable about Mercedes and rightfully earned the name Doctor Benz. Does great work at reasonable prices. Only thing is that his shop in in a parking lot and he is a one man show.
We love James. We tried a mechanic that wanted to sell us an entirely new turbo charger for $7,000. We called James, described the problem, and he knew literally over the phone that it was a $600 accessory part to the turbocharger that needed changing. I can't tell you if the previous mechanic made a mistake or tried to pull a fast one, but thank God we found James! Beyond that, his customer service skills were endearing.
