scam operation, I made an appointment for 12:00pm and when I show up there is nobody in the office, 10 minutes later a receptionist walks in and says there is no marijuana doctor coming. I call customer support and they just tell me to wait and they are coming, I waited for 40 minutes and nobody came, now I have to fight my credit card company to get my money back
The office was pleasant and the staff welcoming, with very little wait time, and the doctor was WONDERFUL! I was there for a re-evaluation, and he explained my options and adjusted my prescription and was much more thorough and caring than my previous intake doctor. I will only go back to this doctor in the future.
I transferred from another doctor and the process was fast and simple. Both Dr. Murphy and Katie were very helpful and knowledgeable. My experience so far has been very pleasant. I would recommend anyone to go here.
