Very kind and thorough
I had a telehealth video call today with Michelle Tolbert because I still have a cold and didn’t want to go to DOCS New Milford in person. Michelle thoroughly explained the results of my latest bloodwork and reviewed my general health by asking appropriate questions. Her knowledge is always complete and her “bedside manner” couldn’t be more warm and friendly. Victoria at the front desk was also friendly and helpful when she called to make my future appointment a few minutes after I was finished with Michelle.
