Appointment was 6:30 pm seen at 8 pm. The excuse was that another person came in with a more serious issue. Note, this is not the emergency department. Being a doctor doesn’t make you a manager. Please invest in teaching a minimal level of time management to your doctors. Scheduled an appointment for me at another location and never notified me. Waited over 1 1/2 hours to see a Dr. Eventually taken through to be told it would be a virtual Session. Had we been told that before waiting I would have went somewhere else.
Clean facilities and very friendly staff!!
