I made an appointment for 8:30 am 20 minutes prior on a Wednesday morning for back pain and nausea. When I told Karen at the front desk that I couldn't sit due to my back pain she brought me to one of the back rooms with an adjustable chair while I filled out my checkin paperwork. She grabbed me ice packs to help calm it down and was extremely nice in a somewhat embarrassing situation. The doctor Michelle was very caring and thorough.
