NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES AT THIS PLACE! HOW DO YOU EXPECT GREAT SERVICE IF THEY CAN'T ANSWER THE PHONES!
We all mess up from time to time, but when you ignore a mess up that is a problem.
Worse place ever. Older couple next to us waited 40 minutes for their chili. You only spoon out chili right. That's no way to treat people. No water refills. Waitress had attitude problem like too bad so sad you'll get your food when I get around to it. Now I know why parking lot was emptiness Saturday night
Management set their waitress up for failure and then would not come out to support her when we requested to talk to him - we requested MULTIPLE TIMES and it has been bout an hour and he still won't come out and we are still waiting for our bills. It's a shame as we are a table of 20 that normally tips very very well. We had a reservation for over a week so we did not surprise them
Pissed! Came in for dinner at 6:00 and they were already out of their special for the night! Never again!
I have been here twice now and had a great time. We got seated right away and service was very prompt. The food is very good for a sports bar (as opposed to a regular bar type food). Will be going back again.
