Wait time for food was really long. Aqua Margarita was horrible. To much coleslaw on fish tacos. Oysters were okay crackers were stale, shrimp cocktail tasted like bandaids thinking it's the way they froze and unfroze them. Great view.
That place is awesome we always stop on are way back home too San Antonio

Best flounder stuffed w crab I ever had. View from 2nd floor on the water kept the ocean wind away. Highly recommended restaurant just around the corner from North Padre Island.

Took my beau on a date. Made reservations about 10 days ahead to make sure we sat on the upper deck to watch the sunset. We were late, due to traffic, but my reservation wasn't written down. Friday night, St. Paddy's Day, Spring Break, busy, busy and they accommodated my original request! Fantastic, delicious food, our service was good, considering how busy they were, sunset was beautiful, (company was even better). Definitely going back! We had Guinness and we got to keep the glasses! BONUS!

Bloody Mary was awesome! Grilled Mahi Mahi and crab stuffed flounder had us stuffed all day! Thanks a bunch guys!!

The food was good but very expensive. We waited almost 2 hrs to be seated. Service was good. They had plenty of tables but could use more staff. Great sunset view and good entertainment.

I have been to Doc's 2 times before w good experiences. I took my friends visiting from out of town & we were surprised to see a green worm in her tacos after she had already ate 2 of them. We politely brought it to the waitress's attention. She acted like it wasn't a big deal and it happened often. She said it is a salad worm and laughed it off and said it was extra protein. After that, they only offered 50 % off of her meal. We had a full table of people and now we wonder how many of us ate worms in our veggies and guacamo... read more
