Awesome place! we sat on the back porch overlooking the bay, ate oysters and hot wings. The wings have an excellent smoke flavor and the sauce is perfect. We don't live local, however Doc's is worth the drive.

An excellent oyster bar!!
We had the pleasure of enjoying Doc's new menu today. Our daughter had the cheese fries, my husband a dozen oysters in the 1/2 shell and gumbo, I had the Captain's Platter. We got there around 3, in between lunch and dinner, so it was quiet. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the view and ambiance. The food was reasonably priced, good and the portions were plenty. The doc a feller oysters were absolutely amazing .. Been craving them since! I had never wanted to order more oysters from a place.. I ordered more here! Bartender and cook is awesome too. My new spot. You should all check it out ;)
