I had the pleasure of trying the softshell crab taco special at Doc's the other day. It was delicious! The atmosphere has an authentic old Florida feel with a great view of Tom's Bayou. I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to old Val P.
Been here many many times. Never had a bad meal! Always delicious!!!

Had captain's platter. Fish dry and overcooked, hush puppies bordering on burnt, shrimp extremely salty and overcooked, oyster nonexistent just a ball of dough. Extremely disappointed in meal. Tuna dip was good after we asked for saltines and grandson's fish taco was very good.
Amazing! I travel to Eglin monthly and I will be back!!!

Great place to chill and have a few ice cold drinks ..... Beautiful view of Tom's Bayou in Valparasio .... All around pace !!!! Best oyster's on the 1/2 shell <3

Took my daughter and her husband and their kids last night and had a wonderful experience. The oysters on the half shell were delicious. Our bartender was wonderful and everyone loved the food. Might have to go back again today before heading back to Seattle. This will definitely be my spot during my Florida visits from now on.
