I visited the Canal Winchester location on 1/8 as a new patient to see Andrew Baker. I was prescribed 2 medications that were never sent to the pharmacy. Andrew was great, but it has been impossible to get ahold of someone at the office to get my prescription sent. I have called and left multiple voicemails about the issue that were never returned. It has now been a month since my appointment and my prescriptions have yet to be sent to the pharmacy.
Mala experiencia , pasan todos pacientes menos la latina . Llego 5 minutos antes o 30 minutos antes y da igual no me atienden. Intentan qué me vaya? Lo lograron.
Very pleasant people to work with and knows what they are doing they get you in and out fast with Very little wait!
Friendly front desk and staff! They answered all of my questions and concerns and there was no wait time. Highly recommend!
