This was not a good experience. My son had very tangled hair. I had let her know that he was very embarrassed about this and asked her to treat it a little gently. Instead she mad a big deal and turned it into a pretty woman moment. She said "I charge by the hour and it will be very expensive to brush this all out" implying that I couldn't afford to pay. She did nothing to help. Then she treated to make me pay full price for a "canceled" appointment and insisted on a tip for her time. I will never go here again.

Kristen is amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted without me saying too many words. You can definitely tell that she knows what she’s doing and love doing it! She walked me through every step and explained in great detail why she was doing what she was doing. This was my first curly hair cut and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my hair! She’s also extremely affordable compared to many other salons which just makes it all the better. I can’t thank her enough for how she styled my hair

Kristin is amazing! I have had two other haircuts at other salons this past year where I asked for a drastic change to my long, heavy, wavy/curly hair and frustratingly left with the exact same look as how I entered the salon. Today I experienced my first “curlcult”, french braid perm. The “curlcult”, french braid perm gave my hair those extra beachy waves I’ve been wanting. I’m so excited with my results. It already feels like it has so much more volume. Way easier and faster than an actual perm plus less harsh. Kristen is amazing! I love it!!

Great curly haircut with attention to my individual curl patterns. She gave explanations of each step she was doing with the styling. I’m always learning more during this curly journey—especially as a silver curly! I waited to take pictures until I had styled it myself. Kristin said to come back if anything wasn’t working well after doing it myself—a really nice service to offer, but I’m so happy with the results!
