This is a 2 story beach bar- right on ghe beach. ...amazing food and friendly staff with great service. The shrimp basket is as amazing and just as good the seafood sampler basket. A must place to go for breakfast, lunch or supper

I was waling along Barefoot Beach with my brother and sister-in-law and stopped here after 2.25 miles for lunch. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with chips and a diet coke and a large glass of water. You place your order and go sit down. We sat outside since it was a beautiful day. They have a loud speaker and will announce your order number. The food was quickly prepared and the burger was large, flavorful. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the vegetables crisp. I'd go back in a heartbeat...

Nothing better than ending your beach walk with a great breakfast that includes friendly service. I would have enjoyed going back for lunch but ran out of time on my recent trip.

This restaurant is right on the beach and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. On this particular day we all had breakfast and all enjoyed our meals. I ordered the BLT which was not on the breakfast menu, it was great. This restaurant has it's own valet parking but you can only park there for a limited time. We like to arrive early, park in the beach parking lot, eat breakfast here and then we're set for a day at the beach.

My husband and I were in Bonita Springs in the fall for a week. Went to Doc's a few times and enjoyed it! The food is pretty basic -- good but not fantastic. People were friendly and it's a great place to go and watch the sunset! Someone complained about them not having a full bar (just beer & wine) --- okay, I would have preferred a drink, too. But you know that upfront -- no reason to give a negative review for that. And you also know upfront that they don't take credit cards -- BUT there is an ATM machine right there. So ... read more

We recently went to docs for late lunch. Location is fantastic ,view of the gulf and beach. Service is out of this world and friendly and make you welcome. Beer is cold, food was reasonably priced beach bar food and is great. I always stop here when I get to Bonita springs

We are just finishing up about our 20th vacation in Bonita. We have a small condo across the street from Doc's and also go to Coconut Jacks and The Fish House. Doc's is easily the best choice! Better food (blackened grouper sandwich), the friendliest staff and by far the best spot....on the beach! Looking forward to being back in September. A plus place. You have to pay cash and may have to wait a while in season, but it is easilyworth it!!!

Come here every year; yes, it's a packed beach (because it's Bonita Springs), yes, they only take cash, but: Best grouper sandwich. And that is why I will continue to give them service q1y.
