My husband and I were in Bonita Springs in the fall for a week. Went to Doc's a few times and enjoyed it! The food is pretty basic -- good but not fantastic. People were friendly and it's a great place to go and watch the sunset! Someone complained about them not having a full bar (just beer & wine) --- okay, I would have preferred a drink, too. But you know that upfront -- no reason to give a negative review for that. And you also know upfront that they don't take credit cards -- BUT there is an ATM machine right there. So ... read more
Horrible service! Don't go here!!!! Too many other better places.
We are just finishing up about our 20th vacation in Bonita. We have a small condo across the street from Doc's and also go to Coconut Jacks and The Fish House. Doc's is easily the best choice! Better food (blackened grouper sandwich), the friendliest staff and by far the best spot....on the beach! Looking forward to being back in September. A plus place. You have to pay cash and may have to wait a while in season, but it is easilyworth it!!!

Really good food, and just a great place to sit and enjoy the beach! My family has been coming here for years now, it's always a must every time we come to Florida.
