Chicago owner. Great casual place on the water. Sports bar.
The only reason i give this 4 Stars is because they don’t serve food waterside and you have to go up stairs to dine. With that, you get incredible water views and air conditioning. The food is great! I had the fish Tacos with large pieces of fish Nom Nom �
First time. Service was good. Food was good. We will go back for sure!
We stopped in for lunch and a beer. We used the valet service which was very convenient. We ate upstairs where we were lucky enough to get a table over looking the beach. The beer was cold, the food was good, and we had a nice view. We would definitely stop in again when we are in the area.
After eating lunch at Docs yesterday afternoon (11/5), 2 out of the 4 people who ate there became very Ill, vomiting all evening. I know things like this happen occasionally and had no intention of posting a negative review on social media until I called to make them aware of the fact and was brushed to the side as if it were no big deal. After explaining my situation to the manager i received the response "well, all our food is cooked fresh daily" as if it was no big deal or not their fault. Went to their 30 th Anniversary Party-it was so much fun; great entertainment, good food and drinks- everyone was having an awesome time!!!!
Had a wonderful time last night. Watched the sunset and listened to great music
Congrats to the Great Staff at Docs Beach house,many more years to be had!!!!!Let's carry on the Tradition, good food , Beach and a wonderful Sunset! Well Done!!!
Best staff...great fun! Claude and I have been going to Doc's for 27 years...feels like home.
