I had a great experience with Kathy and her sons. They really helped me out with being able to tow me cheaper than anybody around as well as fixing me up the same day to get me back on the road.
These guy's saw us broke down at a car show. They immediately offered to open up shop after hours and had a technician helping us figure out a wiring issue until after midnight. They then opened up shop a few hours later to make sure we could get fixed up and back on the power tour. They treated absolute strangers like brothers and we will be forever greatful. Shops like this is what make small towns in the Midwest as great as they are. Would absolutely recommend them for any issues you may ever have.

My RV broke down in Rankin and I contacted progressive road side assistance, and they couldn't find anyone to tow it. I called literally every tow place in the area and everyone basically laughed at us. We were only 10 miles from our house. I contacted Docs at 8pm on a Saturday, and they towed us!! They fixed our issue and even looked at other things that could be fixed to let us know if we wanted it done. We were seriously stranded and Docs was the only one to help!!
Very bad service , lady at the front desk is rude . Took my car there to get it fixed, took about 2 months to get it and paid 2800 for my car not to even be fixed . Added lies on my receipt claiming they did a job but when I had it diagnosed it still had the same problem. Don’t go here unless you want to get scammed. Terrible business. I can see this business shutting in the future 🤦♂️
