Very bad service , lady at the front desk is rude . Took my car there to get it fixed, took about 2 months to get it and paid 2800 for my car not to even be fixed . Added lies on my receipt claiming they did a job but when I had it diagnosed it still had the same problem. Don’t go here unless you want to get scammed. Terrible business. I can see this business shutting in the future 🤦♂️
Got a diagnosis, said I needed a $1200 repair. Picked it up without getting work done, ran worse than when I dropped it off, couldn't drive it long distance. Took the car elsewhere and turns out I needed a hose on my radiator replaced... less than $300. Make of that what you will.
Had my car for over a week. Have had to return for the same issues after spending a lot of money! my car is worse than ever! And have to spend more to get issues resolved at a different shop which easily should have been fixed the first time! First time at this shop lesson learned! Will never go back!
I’ve been to this location several times and I thought it wasn’t a problem. My car was misdiagnosed as transmission issues. I don’t feel the facility was honest about the repairs attempted on the car and I’ve paid for things that they didn’t even need to fix. The shop did not take ownership of their mistakes and they put it off on me.
