I’ve been to this location several times and I thought it wasn’t a problem. My car was misdiagnosed as transmission issues. I don’t feel the facility was honest about the repairs attempted on the car and I’ve paid for things that they didn’t even need to fix. The shop did not take ownership of their mistakes and they put it off on me. But the reality — according to Ms. Angel-Kathy, Brad, and BJ (yes, really…) — is unfortunately our cars cannot self-repair, like our bodies can, or once did miles upon miles ago.
