Husband and I took his car to Docs auto and was very unprofessional. Had to ask for a contract the day we dropped off the car, and our first big red flag was that he didn't currently have an intake form or contract for service. He quickly wrote one out for me and emailed it to me. It was very vague and has failed to honor it. Over the time he had the car there was several red flags.
