We've been going to Docs4Kids for the past year and have had an exceptional experience. They are so friendly, warm, and responsive. No trouble getting appointments, and we absolutely love the staff!
We recently had a very concerning visit to this pediatrician's office. I noticed something that I believed needed immediate attention and called the office. They got us in right away, which I appreciated. However, the doctor we saw was shockingly unprofessional. The first thing he said upon entering the room was, “What’s wrong with his eye?” This startled me, but it turned out the doctor had simply misread the chart or hadn’t read it at all. We've been a patient of Dr. Sangeeta Patel for 17 years. While she was there, we had a great experience. It appears they have sold the practice and it's not being run by another company. A nurse practitioner is the lead there now and we were told the the doctor is in infrequently. We have no issue with a nurse practitioner being the lead at the practice, in fact, that is the case at the doctor I visit, however our kids have medical conditions that need approval quicker than an NP can provide it as they have less flexibility ... read more

I searched around for pediatricians while I was pregnant and this one by far made me the most comfortable. I have been taking my newborn, now 3 month old to this practice and have been extremely pleased. They care about the babies and the parents too. They make sure you feel welcomed which is nice. Easy to make appointments over the phone and provide amazing care that they explain everything to you with answering all my questions. I highly recommend them if you are in search of a doctor for your little one.
