I ordered my son a chicken finger kids meal and a kbc burger which comes w a lot of toppings. i told the young woman what i wanted on speaker..wasnted asked if i wanted it a meal...i should of remembered..after 10m of waiting a young man came up to window handed me my food and said here ya go...i handed him my card. i got home and saw i was given a hamburger w ketchup...fries...and a capri sun from the kids meal. called at 855 no answer and went no not set up general vm.
Way better than culvers. Honestly best fast food burger in Beloit.

I always liked going to Doc's since they have my favorite burger but this last time was possibly the worst. I don't live in town and rarely go to that side of beloit. I ordered 2 swisconsin burgers and received a zesty burger instead. So their way of fixing it is saying ok after everything and not really caring that they screwed up my order. They offered to give me another burger if I drive back or put me down in their book so I can grab it anytime but honestly that doesn't make up for it. It's poor customer service.
Tried for the first time and thought food was great. Italian beef had tons of seasoning, cheese curds were tasty, kids loved the mac n cheese.
worst drive thru visit ever. 10 mins to get food. specifically said NO TOMATOES OR MUSHROOMS. when i get home, what's on my melt? tomatoes and mushrooms. seriously? 3 onions on my melt. my burger was not a patty but a pieced together mess. 4 whole onions rings in my bag. fries overcooked, exactly 12 cheese curds for $4? and who makes a philly with no cheese at all? No wonder Culver's is full every time I drive by...Do Better.
