The lady that answered the phone 10/14/25 at 9:20am told me the complete wrong information. She informed me I can change my address with a form she emailed even though I asked multiple times is she sure I don’t need to change it with the DMV, she said don’t go. Well I called again today and a different man told me I actually do need it, I cancelled my DMV appointment and everything and have work and too many things going on for a DOCTORS office to tell complete wrong information to its patients.
