The lady that answered the phone 10/14/25 at 9:20am told me the complete wrong information. She informed me I can change my address with a form she emailed even though I asked multiple times is she sure I don’t need to change it with the DMV, she said don’t go. Well I called again today and a different man told me I actually do need it, I cancelled my DMV appointment and everything and have work and too many things going on for a DOCTORS office to tell complete wrong information to its patients. I’ve been a patient for 6 years!!!! Zero discounts for someone loyal. Then my last visit I asked my doctor Ross Glider to up my flower since that is all I use. He gave me a hard time about it like I’m some drug addict and said he would only up me .50 ounces to 3 ounces every 35 days. Fast forward to 2 days ago I decided to give him another try because the telehealth is convenient and I work 2 jobs. I specifically ask if everything is staying the same.
