You cannot talk to anybody at the actual office. Their call center is located outside of the United States and you have to wait on hold for a very long time, then they have to call the doctors office while you're on hold and get back to you. It is a very backward system, and I don't know why I can't talk to the actual office and streamline the process. The office staff & Dr. are nice, but you have to drive there if you don't want to go through a 3rd party.
Great service, very kind and knowledgeable, answered my questions thoughtfully and make the process painless. 10/10 would recommend
Moved to Jax and needed to find a new provider. This DocMJ location is great with super friendly staff. Dr Mars took the time to explain treatment plans in a way other doctors haven't. I'm glad I chose DocMJ and look forward to seeing Dr Mars again.
