I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived only three minutes late to my appointment and was immediately told that I would not be seen. The gentleman at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. Doc MJ used to be the way to go but his last time was awful. I set my appointment for 2:45, didnt realize until last minute that it was in a different time zone so it really meant 1:45. I hauled butt there and arrived 8 minutes late. IVE BEEN TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A CURRENT DOC MJ DOCTOR THAT AS LONG AS I ARRIVE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME IS OVER (within 15mins of appointment time) THEY WOULD HONOR THE APPOINTMENT. DR cancelled appointment although arrived within 5 minutes of appointment time. No notice given. Total inconvenience since traveling out of town next day and spent 30 minutes driving to appointment.
I thought yesterday was bad when the guy at the desk laughed in my face but today the intake lady was way worse. I was telling her how depressed I am and she goes well my mom and my son died so I know what loss is. I was like wow. You really think that is appropriate? And she kinda laughed like oh well.
