I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived only three minutes late to my appointment and was immediately told that I would not be seen. The gentleman at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. Rather than treating me with courtesy and respect, he spoke to me in a way that felt condescending and uncaring. I remained calm, polite, and respectful throughout the entire interaction. Doc MJ used to be the way to go but his last time was awful. I set my appointment for 2:45, didnt realize until last minute that it was in a different time zone so it really meant 1:45. I hauled butt there and arrived 8 minutes late. IVE BEEN TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A CURRENT DOC MJ DOCTOR THAT AS LONG AS I ARRIVE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME IS OVER (within 15mins of appointment time) THEY WOULD HONOR THE APPOINTMENT.
