I have been on hold for an hour today, and 3 days of waiting for a call-back for my medical records.. once you've signed up they stop trying, and doing more than the basic is worse than the symptoms I'm here for. Edit: hold ended...and the line immediately disconnects.. lovely! Second edit. The company claimed they will have someone contact me directly, however here we are a week later with no movement. This has been a nightmare. It's my third prescription. It took two weeks to get in. With that said my first appointment had to be rescheduled. Then another week on the second appointment the doctor was not friendly at all. They wouldn't give me my prescription because they didn't get my records from my doctor which they asked for 3 days prior. But they have a solution.
