They are so friendly and
Cancelled my appt 20 minutes before my appt time because the intake form wasnt complete. The day prior it took them 20 minutes on the phone to book my appt and i lost the time slot i originally picked. further than that, they charged me the full price instead of the 89$ transfer. My intake form would have been completed 10 mins before appt. None of the correspondence states a 30 minute cutoff and I didnt get any email notifications because it was all in spam.
