Actual staff is good, but when you call you get someone that isn't in the US in some call center. I really wish I was able to contact the actual office when calling the number on Google. Had I been able to speak to an actual person at the office I probably would've been able to make my appointment, but I had to reschedule because the person on the phone didn't understand
The doctor spends time with you giving you all kinds of information and brochures explaining, with the limited time she has, how the effects of different strains are, what each of the ingredients are and their purpose and more.The brochures are handy when trying to select what works best for your condition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Doctor Rosado & Shay made the appointment comfortable and easy. I was extremely nervous and rocking high anxiety leading up to the appointment. They were both incredibly kind & professional making it a pleasant experience. If you are looking into getting your Medical Card, you owe it to yourself to use DocMJ.
