The food was great and so were the views!
Very average. Lots of fried things. It all tasted the same (assuming all fried in the same mix) Staff was quick and polite. I wouldn’t make an effort to return.
Second year visiting from Chicago. My parents have a cottage on Houghton Lake and we love taking a day trip to come up and eat at Dockside. So nice to sit outside on the lake and watch the boats drive through the water way. Food is always hot and delish. Service is always wonderful!
Seated fast and got our food fast... but way disappointed in the quality of the food. I got the perch sandwich and the sauce was gross the the fish was almost paper thin. I spent over $12 on my meal and left hungry. :(
Great food! Can’t go wrong with any dish. The pizza is made with fresh ingredients, mushrooms, green peepers, sautéed. Atmosphere is great. Grab a drive and chill on the porch. Chat with Will, the best barista, who makes the best latte’s.
Everything was great! Love the outdoor seating with a sunset view of Torch lake. It was busy of course. It is the place to be in the summer. All staff was friendly too. A must stop if you are in the area. I'll definitely be back!
I have read a lot of negative reviews but my experience was nothing but good.
