Rented from here and my mom had to leave the second night because of an asthma attack caused by mold (she’s allergic). The disposal and cable were broken upon arrival and all weekend (despite calling the emergency number that we were given). We weren’t given a gate code and my mom was locked out the first night until we finally got ahold of someone to open it. Overall worst lake rental experience we’ve ever had and resulted in a doctors visit.
They sold me advertising in a brochure that was supposedly distributed to buyers and/or sellers. The REPRESENTATIVE I dealt with was from the CANADIAN brochure company so when I went back to complain after recieving no phone calls in six months Dockside said it wasnt their problem. I guess the two years was up today because they had the nerve to call me up again and ask if I'd like to advertise with them again. and by the way...the advertising auto bills yearly Yall can erase this if you want but I will be contacting the BBB
