On July 5th 2020 a Sunday Elaine and myself signed a selling agreement with Terri Rose at 11am. By 6:15Pm that same day she had our property contracted. After that it was quite a journey as our platform (deck) had no record of approval by the campground. It was simply the fact it was on cinder blocks, and needed more tie downs. Their tenacity. Bob Faith was able to sell our home despite many complicated issues with easements and two lots. He was knowledgeable and persistent in over coming these issues. He guided our buyers to appropriate lenders who were familiar with Chincoteague. I wouldn’t dream of using a different realty company.
