I cannot rave enough about Dockside! Stephanie served 50+ of us tonight, kept us happy & hydrated (she's amazing). Chef Ernie & his crew were so accommodating & their food was delicious! And they pulled it off without even knowing how many would be in our party. THANK YOU SO MUCH for a wonderful night. Can't wait to come back!
We waited 22 min before anyone even look our way,and I think it was a manager, I ask could we get someone to get us some drinks he said he could, but he never returned, finally we got a waiter and ordered and when our food was served 1/2 of it was burnt , so ask ask the waiter was this normal and he said no it looked burnt to him and he would replace it. That's great but why would you serve our food if it looked burnt to you. All the food tasted the same, like it was cooked in the same oil.
Poor service, awful drinks, and overpriced food. I left before finishing.
I went there tonight with my family and was very please with the service and the food there. We ordered the Captains Platter and it was huge and also the boiled shrimp which the shrimp was also huge. The view is amazing from here. Thank you from your fellow Texans.
I love Dockside, but this afternoon my wife and I couldn't get anybody to wait on us. No drinks, nothing. And they weren't busy. Wait staff just kept walking by our table without acknowledging us. So on our way to French Quarter Grill now.

We had a very nice time, our waiter was so busy but we so enjoyed ourselves here,a and enjoyed watching the live cooking show in the AC!
Had Lunch here today for the first time and absolutely loved the whole experience. The location, atmosphere was great......the food is outstanding. Loved the Dock Puppies with roumalade and my Crab Cake sandwich with sweet potato fries was to die for. Will definitely be back and bringing friends.
