Charge fees for everything. They claim you can pay rent until the 5th but charge many fees by the 3rd. They threaten to charge if your garbage cans are left out tucked near your house( although everybody else’s in the development are as well) but we get the nasty email. Some of us had to use our garage for multiple services while constantly being at home during this time and don’t want it to smell like garbage. But dockside doesn’t care. Walls are extremely thin so you are constantly hearing noise from neighbors. People don’t clean up when taking their dogs for a walk, so there’s feces all around the property, and management doesn’t address it. Also, every time I’ve been inside the leasing office, I’ve noticed a very foul odor, like rotten eggs. Not sure who or what it’s coming from but Its disgusting. Can’t wait to move out!

We absolutely love it here! From the whole Dockside team, to the accommodations, the amenities like the fitness center that we take advantage of every day, the community events and community itself have all been remarkable, exactly what we were looking for. .We look forward to the year ahead with much excitement and anticipation of only good things to come! I love the Dockside community. The office staff is helpful, maintenance is the best and we have wonderful neighbors. The apartment homes are beautiful and I couldn't be happier.
We live in a Phase III 8-unit building and we LOVE it! So much space in the 3 bedroom and we love how quiet it is! And our dog Frankie loves how much space there is for us to take our walks!
Luxury, security and a great community for children. I couldn’t ask for more. The staff is friendly, the grounds are beautiful and Dockside Village offers great amenities and community events. The end of summer event was so much fun for me and my 5 year old daughter to attend. This community is in a great area with good schools. I will recommend Dockside Village to everyone I know.
