Worst hosting service ever!!!! Had reservations for 6:30, arrived at 6:20, and at 7:00 still getting ignored for a table. Never will visit again.

We are so sorry for your inconvenience we were short handed. We understand this is not your fault. We had over 70 people come in at one time. We strive for excellent service and food. If you would please give us another try we would love to accommodate you. This was an extremely busy night and not common for us to be so behind.

My husbands 50th class reunion was that weekend and I needed to be with him. Visited The Docks last night, my husband and I both had the ribeye. BEST ribeye around!! Hands down best restaurant in town with a great friendly staff. We always sit out back for the beautiful view!!

We had reservations for 7:00. Got seated about 7:30 and ordered dinner pretty quickly. At 8:50 still had not received our meal. Left hungry! Yes they were busy but 1 1/2 hours without receiving meal is ridiculous

Lisa so sorry for your bad experience. We had two large parties Saturday night and we had them spaced out. The first party was late and overlapped the second and put the kitchen behind. Hope we can make it up to you in the future. Ask for Linda please.
We had reservations at 7:00pm. We don't get seated until 7:30. That was ok. We ordered drinks, appetizers. It came timely. 1.5 hours later no food, they couldn't tell us a time line. We paid for what we got and left. Poor service, bad attitude.
