We had a very enjoyable time at Docker’s yesterday. The food was great, our waitress, Ulanda, was very nice and attentive. Always like going to Docker’s. The ambience is wonderful. Will definitely be back!!
Staff are great especially Liz and Kenzie. They handle everything with no hint of contempt while suffering fools gladly.
What a wonderful spot. I came from Maine for a long over due visit to my home town. Loved the location! Our server, Rachel, was fantastic-attentive and fun. The perch was delicious. Veggie burger made with beets was the best veggie burger I’ve had. Can’t wait to go back.
During the summer months, Dockers Fish House has always been a prime destination for my scenic tour guests on my boat Celtic Sol. Last night I developed mechanical problems with one of my engines just off the Muskegon harbor entrance and the folks at Dockers were very gracious and allowed me to leave my boat moored at their dock overnight. Thank you so very much! ... PS: the food & service was excellent too. :)
The first and the last time I will ever go to this place. PLEASE...whoever is thinking about going to this place definitely reconsider. There are plenty of other awesome places in Muskegon to patronize. The food was terrible and the server who identified himself as “Dave short for David” was rude, disrespectful, incompetent, slow and definitely should not be working in the food service industry. As someone who is visiting from out of town, this will be the last place I visit upon my next trip to Muskegon.

Service was absolutely terrible. The server Ashley was condescending after she made and admitted the mistake. Charged us for the mistake and she said.......when questioned after we asked her to take the mistake off the bill as the replacement perch sandwich never came. She said .....well you ate it didn’t you??? Never ever ever talk back to a customer. Our bill was $138 but her slow service, forgetful memory and overall attitude earned her 10$. She needs to be retrained on customer service.

Loved it there!! We had a great waiter named Nick who handled all 22+ of us singlehandedly and did an amazing job!!
