I sent two kids there for orthodontics. It is so difficult to get an appointment. When we do, theyre running late. This is so challenging when we are taking off work or school to make it to the appointment we booked.. The staff could use some training in communicating nicely and customer relations. There is almost no accountability on their part. It always feels like they are doing us a the biggest favor by letting us in the door. It was 1000% better when this was dr shermans practice. My second child will be getting braces with Dr. Sherman soon. We were thrilled with our first experience and are happy to be back! The entire office is a pleasure to deal with. Professional, polite and friendly. They make the kids feel amazing. Dr. Sherman is wonderful 10/10!
