Horrible!!! Never called back after saying they would! No follow up and appears to be avoiding the situation since it is under warranty! Our tenant was without hot water so it wasn't something that could wait. Dont drink the kool-aid!! He is a charmer but obviously the family business dynamic skipped his branch!!
On 2 different occasions they were supposed to come the first my grandma waited 3 hrs and the second my uncle waited 2 hrs. When we called they told me they didn't have us in the computer then guy realize he was the one who took are call to set up an appointment. They are very unorganized, in professional, they also recommend the restoration company which they say was great company lets just this is my opinion of both.
I Made an appointment today (October 9, 2014). They told me that it will be between 4 pm to 6pm. I waited until 06:20 pm and no one showed up. I called and talk to Shaun and he told me he will check and will get back to me. I have waited again for 20 min. and he never call me back. I called again and spoke to Brian and he doesn't know what was going on. I finally cancelled my appointment because it was already dark outside. I Wasted half of my day waiting for them. Sean from Doc Joe's Plumbing had my company, Your Video On Google, make a plumbing video for them. Sean even had me make a new logo for them which I did for free. They oked the video and still i have not received payment. I have emailed them many many times and left many voice mails and they will not call me. It is very strange because I have done business with plumbers all over the U.S. and this is the first time this has happened to me.
