At this point I can't recommend them as I have the same problem with them as I've had with other vet offices. Namely the failure to process prescription refill requests in a timely manner. I'm looking at running out of medication (when that wouldn't have happened if they didn't sit on the approval for a week) before I can expect the next delivery. Otherwise the service and treatment was fine enough, but it does no good when I can't get the needed medication because of clerical issues.

This was by far the best experience we have had with a vet office! The office it’s self was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very sweet and kind! Our Labrador needed some dental work and a couple of lipomas removed. They took such great care of him!! We were especially fond of the Veterinarian Dr Clark! She took amazing care of our baby!! Thank you again to the staff and Dr Clark for your amazing service! We highly recommend Doc Holly Pet Vet!
If I could give 10 stars I would. We have two elderly pets, and our beloved cat has bladder cancer. I thought in April that we might have another month or two with him at the outside. Thanks to Doc Holly, Dr. Clark and all of the amazing staff at Veterinary Services / Doc Holly Pet Vet, it is October and Smoke is still with us. They literally gave us an extra lease on life and have been amazingly kind and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Caitlin who has been so sweet and patient with us!

Doc Holly and Dr. Clark are two of the top Veterinarian in all of Kootenai County here in Hayden Idaho. The staff always treats you with kindness and respect. Never have I ever worried about my fur babies while under their care. Yes I highly recommend Doc Holly Pet Vet.
I love the fact that Doc Holly isn't corporate owned. They give excellent customer service, and actually care how their clients are treated. Most importantly, Doc Holly and Dr Clark give exceptional veterinary care to my animals! Best veterinary clinic and staff in Northwest!
Honestly so upset by the treatment I've received numerous times from the staff here. I have had issues ever since I started going here. And it all falls on the staff. The last two times I've been here I've waited 40+ minutes each time to be seen past my appointment time. This is very hard when you take time off work to bring your pets to the vet.
