My regular vet was out of town and I was referred here by a good friend ,excellent staff very upbeat and really took good care of my dog I will be using her in the future ,much appreciated.
I won't recommend any other vet again. They are amazing, personable, and knowledgeable. My dog had to have an emergency c section and we got there right when they were closing and they had no problem staying and helping us. I'm so greatful they were recommended to me.
Dr. Holly Brophy is amazing. Saw her for the first time with my doberman Lady who was recently in a dogfight from a dog sitter. She was amazing to go above and beyond just a normal checkup. She gave great training tips and complimented my dog more than words could say. Really showed me that my dog had amazing potential and had nothing to worry about. My family and I recently moved from California to Idaho. Before we left I noticed our dog Jack-O-Lantern was beginning to lose his appetite. I figured it was due to the move and all the new places he had been to within two weeks. I thought that once he was home, his appetite would get better and he would feel better. I Find HOLLY , To Be very smart. friendly.,down to earth, very knowledgeable,not just a vet, but.. a person that that really cares, like a good close friend, with you and your pets, and want the best. care possible for our loves one,s awhile back, i had a very sick dog, that she treated . It was 5:20 pm on a Wednesday night, I had an emergency my dog is in pain and I'm frantic! My Nieghbor calls my former vet (prairie animal)and they say we close at 6 so go to emergency vet in post falls. Driving towards Post Falls my husband says there are cars in the parking lot of that new vet clinic . Pulls in and they have us bring our fur baby Rudy in. We received the best possible care! Wonderful addition to our circle of professionals. I highly recommend her. Her loving, positive energy is infectious. She has done several home visits for us and is always courteous, knowledgeable and completely open and understanding. What more can be said....5.0, nothing less.
