I've been seeing Dr. Tyma for about 5 or 6 years now and every time I go into the office the check in process is always very simple. It's very easy to schedule an appointment as well.
My daughter's face lit up as soon as she walked in. There were lots of toys and books in the waiting room. The staff was very friendly and knows exactly what to say to a 3 year old who wouldn't open up her mouth. They made her experience very enjoyable and as soon as we left, she asked if we can go back.
Bright & fun environment makes a visit to the dentist a pleasure! Helpful and professional staff, excellent care
This was my 2 yr old daughters first time going to the dentist. She had a blast there. The service was very fast and she had a wonderful time. She only cried when it was time to go home..lol. We will be back in 6 months.
Always a great experience. My son's been going there since he was 1 he even had to have a baby root canal and everything came out great. He's never afraid of the dentist (wish I could say the same :)) and loves all the stickers and prizes. Definitly recommend.
another painLESS visit! – I surprised my kids with their 6 month check-up a week ago. Once we got there, they were less than amused, but once it started, things were fine. My daughter had the same hygienist that we've had for years, and she is super nice. She made my daughter comfortable and at ease with getting her teeth brushed. My son was at ease with the hygienist he had as well. Playing movies for the kids is great, and they especially love all the toys you give them at the end. This office is crazy--far to overbooked. Got there at 11:20 for an 11:30 appointment. Wasn't called until noon and didn't leave the office until 12:50..All this for a simple check up and cleaning-told my one daughter has two tiny cavities that need to be filled. Instead of doing it then, we have another appointment in SEPTEMBER!! Will be looking for another dentist...
My daughter is 3 years old and had her first dentist appointment here! I was so nervous because she gets in new situations and shuts down and won't let anyone get near her. But she did GREAT! She loved that the movie "Brave" was on in the waiting room before she went in (I think it helped her feel at ease). She got home and asked to go back next week :)
My son Jack, was so scared of the dentist, but they put both of us at ease with their gentleness and understanding. Jack still doesn't love going to the dentist, but he doesn't mind it as much now. They are so kind, and very thorough.And he always comes out with so many treasures. And I KNOW that they have taken good care of my treasure.
