Dishonest. Avoid this Bad Establishment! I took my car in for one of their advertised oil change specials. I was told I needed $1500+ in repairs. It seemed shady. I refused and took my car to another repair place. They said almost nothing needed to be fixed! This place looks good on first glance from a distance, but you can not trust them.
Ripoff alert! – I had a coupon for a routine oil change and came in so they could do it. They "found" a number of problems. When I took it to another shop I was told most of what they told me did not need to be fixed. They perform unnecessary repairs. They should be rated negative five stars. Plus, looking at this site I see they post fake positive reviews of their services. It doesn't take a genius to see how short, vague, and fake all those 5-star reviews are. Don't be a sucker!

Amazing customer service, and it was fast – Great availability and flexibility. Responsive and prompt customer service and estimates. People you can trust.
Now I know – I learned the hard way. I brought my 2003 Toyota in for an estimate on a 60,000 mile service. After getting a quote I shopped around and to save $40.00 I went to another place. Boy was that a mistake, by the time they were done I spent $120.00 more and had to wait 3 days for my car. I have always used Doc's in the past and I will always use them in the future...
Nice service – my VW's out of warranty about a year. Started going to Doc's about 11 months ago and am very very happy with the service and smiles. Fair prices & cool antique cars! p.s. i could used the rest room it was nice and clean.
Solid Shop – "After reading the reviews, thankfully I had a decent experience at Doc Able's. I needed to get a tire replaced after getting a flat and Doc's was the closest shop. They were quick and service was decent. Prices were pretty reasonable too. This experience was solid enough that I may go for a return visit when needed. I find that auto body shops are very difficult to judge. When going to an autobody shop, all people want to hear is good news and more importantly, hearing low price estimates. Money Saver!!!! – Great place, they have saved me thousands over servicing my car at the dealership. It looks like the bad review are all from cheap Evanston pipe smoking professors who don't want to spend money. I will continue to service my car with Doc Ables!
