Issues with internet were finally resolved with a new box. My internet no longer quits working and I have noticed it seems faster! Very appreciative my complaints were acknowledged and contacted about, not just given a silly excuse and pushed along! Maybe with a little extra training for some employees the issues I previously had can be eliminated. Thank you to the gentleman that contacted me and was polite and straight forward and didn't offer me excuses!
Very slow internet offerings @ high cost. Poor customer service.

Have your service in Mcloud, Oklahoma and 3-4x a month I can't do anything online without it taking literally FOREVER, compared to other companies all over Oklahoma you are probably one of the slowest.. It's too bad I have to live out here where you have it locked up and none of the bigger/better/faster companies can come in
