Absolutely wonderful staff and they are more compassionate than I have ever experienced with all the vets I have taken my animals to in the past (horses, dogs, cats etc). Keep doing what your doing and don't change a thing! The doctor was amazing at explaining what was going to happen and the vet tech (I cant remember her name) was amazing! She took the time to make sure not only my dog was OK but that I was OK too. She deserves a raise! I absolutely love and trust all of the staff at Dobson Ranch Animal Hospital. We have been coming there for years and have always received exceptional care. Both the medical staff and groomers are amazing.
I want to apologize to Alexa(?) that called to check on Mama today. She caught me at work and I am the hub/receptionist/admin. asst. at a podiatrist's office. Her call caught me off guard and I was just not ready . . . lol. I probably sounded like a nut, but was juggling several things at one time. My concern is the fact, I stated I did not have the time to give properly timed medication to Mama (ear drops) every 12 hours in the a.m mostly. Been bringing my pets here for nearly 15 years. A grand total of 4 dogs and now 2 ferrets! Wonderful and friendly staff who care❤🐾
