FRONT DESK STAFF NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT BAD. I've cancelled three appointments due to them being behind schedule and maki me wait over an hour and a half for an Appt I scheduled weeks in advanced and are time sensitive. Every single time I make an appointment here (i have 3 dogs that need regular appointments due to disease/allergies) I check in early and ask if they are running on time. I know this place gets emergencies so I make sure I always ask just so I'm not sitting around for an hour waiting (i live so close, i... read more
You guys came highly recommended and now I’ll highly recommended you! I came in clueless and worried about my cat and everyone there took such good care of him and spent time on him looking him over thoroughly and when his test results came back, you have me a detailed explanation of what comes next. I can’t thank you enough. I feel confident my little furbaby is going to be just fine! Thank you for going above and beyond and for being patient and understanding with me!
I have a large number of rescues and ferels that I care for without any help. I pay for their expenses out of my Social Security check each month so if it weren't for your payment plan a large number of these babies would be put to sleep. I don't know of any other vet that extends that service to pet owners. Thank you for what you do! The Kitties all thank you too!!!
