Yes there are probably less expensive vets. But for me it’s more than that. They are open 7 days a week. They always get us in quickly. We rushed there in a panic one day when our dog collapsed in front of us and they took him right out of our arms into the back. When I tell them I can’t afford or choose to opt out of certain things they always listen and don’t try to push or sell me on things. They know our fur family and treat us like family too. My baby, Emma, had a large ruptured mass removed from her mammary glands. They were so caring and sweet, and they worked with us on the cost of surgery. When they say, "finances shouldn't get in the way of your pet's health," they mean it. I won't go anywhere else ever again. Love, love, love the doctors and staff here!
I have been taking my 2 year old German Shepherd here since she was puppy every single doctor and nurse have been super sweet and patient with my baby and the payment plans are super convenient!!!!
Thank you Dr. Mc Reynolds and Brennah yesterday evening with our best friend Tucker. Our visit didn't turn out as expected, but he is in a better place and no more suffering. We originally took our kittens here because they were the closest veterinarian in our area. I feel so lucky that we found them! The receptionists are always courteous and efficient, and the vets and techs are knowledgeable and compassionate. The lobby and exam rooms are clean and inviting. They have ALWAYS sent us home with thorough instructions about how to care for our kittens after their appointments and have consistently made follow-up calls just to ask how they are doing. Last week I had to put my sweet 18 year old Whiskey Kitty down. The care and support I have received from Dr. Sorenson and the rest of the staff there had been incredible! Today I picked my baby boy up and he was presented to me in the most beautiful box and paw print impressions were also made. To top it all off in the mail I got a had written note from the team there as well as a set of paw prints on paper.
