ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! The front desk is A BIG PROBLEM!!! They advised me that METAL STAPLES would NOT need to be removed after my dogs gastroplexy & spay!!! Thank heavens I was persistent enough to argue with this IDIOTIC suggestion! We requested they prescribe antibiotic as part of a preventative measure and were REFUSED. Now the dog has an infection as well as a UTI! Followed up with "Condescending Camille" the office Manager who now refuses future service and told us to take the dog elsewhere. We saw a few vets and never got the right feeling until we came here and met Dr Hirth! The care she shows our pup Merky is awesome, we completely trust her. Absolutely no complaints about the care she has provided for our dog. She even called to check in when he was seen by another one of the doctors!
I love this veterinary clinic. They are extremely kind, thoughtful, conscientious group of people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF A VET!!!
The team at DRAH are amazing. They have taken great care of multiple furry family members of ours and are upfront/honest when it comes to a medical plan of treatment, options and costs. The care, attention, attitude, pricing, and grooming are top notch! I would never go anywhere else (other than their sister hospital in the west valley). Ashlee is an amazing groomer there if you need a recommendation!
Amazing staff! Little Dude is recovering well after Dr S removed 5 feet of string from his intestines! Thank you thank you for saving our cat!!
Very difficult decision had to be made yesterday. Dr. Sorenson was beyond awesome. She was there the while time, cried with us and gave us "real" hugs. This experience was far better than when I had to send my beloved Murphy to wait for me on the Rainbow Bridge. Sincerity goes a long way at a time like this.
