RecommendedBeautiful place to live. Awesome office Team and Property Manager. Always there for you. The new maintenance staff team is really nice and listens to the residents. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. It’s quiet and the residents are pretty friendly. And no one had to pay me to say this. It’s all true. Happy resident!

Tina, the manager is amazing! It’s nice that she gets to know the residents on a personal level. The assistant manager is fairly new, but I hear she’s pretty awesome herself. The maintenance staff is great too. We never have to wait long when we submit a work order. I highly recommend Dobson 2222 if you’re looking for a new home ❤️
Worst place I have ever lived. Moved in while new management was taking over which don’t know how they can be running this place when they don’t even know their left foot from there right. None of them have common courtesy. On top of all that you cant even have your bike on your own patio and if you have a kid guess what you can’t have there outside patio toys on your patio. Stupid just stupid. Don’t waste your money here.
Well thought I would do an update to my review, and well its kinda scary here. this property ha changed hands so much and talking to some of the residents they are leaving.Kinda bummed about that. we use to have a close knit community, and now it seems like that is all gone now. home theater is gone as well, had some really good events and times there.I have heard alot of stories of rents going up cause of all the changes. sad. . .:( AMC is now the new owner, they should do a survey like the other owners before and ask the r... read more
Update since Greystar took over...it's been aweful. From renewing our lease we had to fight to get the price increase we had been verbally quoted 3 times, then we didn't even get our lease to sign until after the date the lease started, this last month they told us last minute we would have to wait for our utility bill it took 3 weeks to get our bill in which we realized it was because they switched companies and our cost went up all with no notice, we never see the manager o...Continue Reading
After looking at ALOT of different apartments my wife and I decided to go with Chuparosas. The level of customer service we received from the manager Jenny was spectacular. Also all the amenities for the price of the apartment was second to none. The property was clean and well kept. Extremely excited to move in. We felt at home from the moment we started the process.
