My brother recommended this Dobbs. Went in for 4 new tires n got a great price! Corey n Mike were great in explaining all the work that was done. I was so pleased I went back for an oil change n will keep going back. This from someone who lives in South County. Will drive the extra mile for great work!!
I dropped off my car on Friday at Dobbs in Fenton and they lost the paperwork and keys to my Dodge Durango. Called Saturday afternoon and they have no record of my car or the key that I handed them on Friday. So dropped off a spare set of keys and they fixed the car. Then I brought the vehicle home on Sunday, and this morning the Durango was gone. This place of business lies to people to make money.If you read the reviews on numerous sites they are famous for failing people on their car INSPECTIONS and coming up with big ticket items to fix. I supposedly needed new rear brakes (for $430!!) and a new battery. I went elsewhere to have them checked...they were fine...and I passed inspection. They are liars, pure and simple.
