Had a nail in one of my tires. Set an appointment and it was repaired in 20 minutes.
HWY K Dobbs: I had two new tires and an alignment put on my car this weekend. I drove it home and parked it and came out today to go to work to find one completely flat. I was furious. I used my portable air tank and made sure I was there when they opened. Staff was very nice and admitted they hadn’t installed the TPMS correctly. Quick and courteous service
I called Dobbs on Mid Rivers Drive in St Peters, MO yesterday to see if I could get an emission inspection today. Since it was a Saturday I knew their appointments were probably full, but they promised to work me in, perhaps two hours. It was done in under an hour! Great service!
Everyone I interacted with was very nice and willing to help. They answered my questions and when inspecting my car didn’t try to push anything on me like other places have in the past.
