Great service very happy with the cost
The Collinsville Dobbs did an alignment on my 2017 mustang and parked it in the lot with a crooked steering wheel? Right no big deal just give them the car back to fix. It gets worse, when I drove it the car was twitchy and pulled me into oncoming traffic because they didn’t tighten anything down on the rear passenger adjustments. This work was not only sub standard but downright dangerous and could’ve killed me. Unacceptable on every level.

They are the Kindest and nicest people that I’ve ever ran a crossed and a business I was getting ready to close they took me in with no problems fix my tire so I can get back on the road ...........i would give them 10’s across the board for them
10/14/19 my husband dropped off my GMC Acadia for new brakes. They called a couple hours later to tell us that my car needed something else that would be $1800 but if I just wanted the brakes done, it would be $750. Fine, fix the brakes and we’ll get the rest done somewhere else. My husband picked up the car later in the day. I drove it on 10/15/19 to find that my radio/CD/Aux no longer worked and my antenna was missing. In addition, the “clicker” for my turn signals was also no longer functioning.
